Yes — if you’re 21+ and live in a state where hemp-derived Delta-9 THC beverages are legal. We currently ship to select U.S. states. If your state isn’t eligible yet, don’t worry. Laws (and seasons) change.
Orders are usually packed within 2–3 business days, then shipped via standard ground (typically 3–7 business days). You’ll get a tracking number once your order sets off on its journey.
We may hold shipments during extreme heat to protect product quality — especially during summer. If we delay shipping for this reason, we’ll notify you. Chill deserves to arrive… chilled.
Tree Time is a sparkling THC beverage crafted with natural ingredients and hemp-derived Delta-9 THC (always under 0.3% by dry weight, per the 2018 Farm Bill). Each can is low-dose — enough to lift you up without knocking you over.
