Choirs of the Eye
Belgian Pale Ale
A new take on the old world, featuring Lithuanian farmhouse yeast and an assertive bouquet of noble hops. The noble hops certainly take the forefront in this bone-dry pale ale. Aromatics of lemongrass, cracked peppercorns, and meadow flowers waft over a malt bed of white tea and cut hay.
