We are thrilled to share that our Executive Chef, Bobby McFarland, took home Runner-Up Chef of the Year at the 10th annual North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association (NCRLA) Chef Showdown!
Held in Durham and presented alongside the Got to Be NC program, the statewide competition kicked off with 102 chefs and mixologists across 11 elimination rounds before narrowing down to the top culinary talents in North Carolina. With a focus on celebrating local agriculture, competitors incorporated more than 1,000 North Carolina ingredients into their dishes.
