We’re thrilled to announce a fantastic new achievement that highlights our presence in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina. Our organization has been prominently featured in A Snapshot of Raleigh, North Carolina, a captivating piece published in Up and Away, the in-flight magazine for Bahamasair, which recently announced non-stop, direct flights from the RDU airport. Thank you to Visit Raleigh for sending over the article!

Bahamasair, a leading airline carrier transporting over 900,000 passengers annually, has chosen to showcase Raleigh’s unique charm, and we are delighted to be a part of this special feature.

SHOOT FOR THE SKYLINE

Raleigh’s skyline is majestic but compact, perfect to capture with your camera. My favorite spot to shoot the skyline is from the Boylan Bridge in the Boylan Heights neighborhood. Twilight is beautiful, and, if your visit coincides with a full moon, the results are magical. The bridge overlooks the train tracks, so if you are lucky, you might catch a train in the image. Come early and grab a beer at Wye Hill Kitchen & Brewing. Their patio is a great photo-taking spot too. You do not need to be a resident to take advantage of the swanky patio and stellar views from The Dillon Apartments in the Warehouse District. Just take the elevator to the ninth floor and enjoy the outdoor terrace which is open to the public from 7am to 7pm. You could even stop at Makus Empanadas a few blocks down to pick up an Argentinian snack to enjoy during your al fresco photo session.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your continued partnership and support. This feature not only reflects our commitment to the community but also positions us as a noteworthy presence in the vibrant tapestry of Raleigh.

Thank you for being a part of this exciting journey with us!

Best Regards,

Wye Hill Kitchen & Brewing
