A rustic sour ale inspired by the eponymous Indiana state cocktail, featuring apple cider, maple syrup, rye-soaked oak chips, lemon peel and rosemary. Brewed for the 2023 Hops for Hope fundraiser, with a portion of proceeds going to the Children’s Flight of Hope charity.
